I can't type with more than four fingers. So if our next speaker, Arek Skuza, is right, and the "Keyboard is Dead", I'll be a happy chap. And maybe I'll be able to blog more efficiently for Hive53...
Arek Skuza is the CEO of iTraff Technology (multiple award winning startup, including "Best Polish Startup 2011", ), whose image recognition technology has been likened to a Polish version of the iconic Google Goggles. He'll be talking to us about how mobile technologies using voice, image recognition and gestures could spell the end of keyboard-based interaction for many applications. Be prepared to learn also about Arek's global experience both professionally (Facebook, Google, PennySaverUSA.com) and from his education (ICAN Institute Europe, University of Oxford, Harvard Business School), as well as his previous experience as a startup founder.
Colleagues talk of his great energy and leadership - in fact Arek has even been been described as "the perfect startup founder". All of which makes this a Swarm you won't want to miss.
We'll be in Drukarnia Jazz Club from 6PM on Thursday 19th July, where we'll listen to Arek's presentation before moving onto pitches and other business.
Just click 'I'm attending' on our Facebook event page and see you there!
We look forward to seeing you all there!
