The startup workshop with Jerry Colonna is now behind us. It required a ton of work but it was totally worth it - just ask the people that attended :)
One thing we've learned during that workshop is to know when you need to find time to slow down and recharge. We did than in June and now in July we're coming back strong!

Thanks to the tip from a great Hive53 friend, supporter and our previous speaker - Piotr Wilam - we've heard about a remarkable entrepreneur visiting Krakow. Peter Berger - the former CEO of the recently acquired startup Topicmarks will be in our beautiful city next week. We asked Peter to share his knowledge with our community and he kindly agreed :)

So we wholeheartedly invite all busy bees to a Recharged Swarm - next Wednesday 11th of July, 6pm in Drukarnia Jazz Club (Nadwiślańska 1) - to hear about the nuts and bolts of leading the company through an acquisition, integration into a larger company, semantic technologies and so much more...
The format of the evening will be as usual:
18:00 Welcome drink
18:15 Interview and Q&A with Peter
19:00 Pitch session (register at pitches@hive53.com)
19:15 Announcements
19:30 Networking
We're super excited about this :) Let us know you're coming by clicking "I'm Attending" on our Facebook event page and see you there!

Founder of several companies, he is also an advisor to University of California San Francisco's T1 Catalyst Program, HotShotMedia, Wikiloan and several other stealth start-ups. He is a Co-Chair of the Annual IEEE-ICSC Conference and Organizer of the Silicon Valley Semantic Technology Group.
